There are two types of tickets: a single-day ticket and a 3-day pass that grants access to the event for all three days. Both options include access to exhibitions, conferences, workshops, immersive experiences, medical and veterinary consultations, and live demonstrations.

The sales phases are specific periods during which a limited stock of tickets is available at promotional prices. With each phase, the ticket price increases. There are three presale phases: Presale 1, Presale 2, and Final Presale. After these, tickets are sold at the Final Price, with no stock limit. The current sales phase is marked in green on this page.

No, your ticket allows only one entry to the event. If you wish to attend on another day, you'll need to purchase a separate ticket for that date. If you're planning to attend more than one day, we recommend buying the 3-day pass.

Yes, all ticket types include access to exhibitions, conferences, workshops, immersive experiences, medical and veterinary consultations, and live demonstrations. They also include free access to drinking water and hot water for mate. Food and beverages are not included.

After completing your purchase, a 6-digit code will appear next to the purchase amount in the transaction summary of your online banking or banking app (If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 96 business hours to appear). Once you see the code, go to the "My Purchases" section in your Ticketek account, select your purchase, and enter the code in the corresponding field. When you finish, the purchase should appear as verified under "Your Purchases."
